Return Policy
If you want to exchange the items received, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order. And you should pay the additional shipping fees incurred and the items returned shoud be kept in their original status.

- Courier fee is dependant on your location, and is charged 2-way
- Our hire out period is 3 days
- Delivery takes between 1 – 2 days. We will arrange for collection
- A booking is only confirmed after payment has been made

How do you guys take measurements for a distanced client?
Clients send through measurements or we arrange a meeting for Jhb Client.
What if i want to come for a fitting?
Fittings are not permitted.we always ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene by avoiding frequent try-ons. The need to maintain the condition of the gowns, fairness to all clients and streamline operations.
How does a payment system work?
Upfront 35% gown reservation fee is required after choosing your preferred gown ,then 65% before the delivery.
What if i dont like the final product after paying the reservation fee?
Only a refund of 15% from 35% reservation fee will applicable.
Does Shotyra’collections Pty design these gowns?
These gowns are mixture of local and international skill,beautifully crafted by Shotyra (director)and international designers .
Does an organisation have a store/studio for fittings?
We are an Online Business, we courier nationwide and fittings arrangement with ONLY Gauteng clients after they have reserved, before the event date.
Where are you guys located?
We based in Johannesburg, East Rand.
Do you support customisations?
Yes we do, depending on the availability of that particular material/fabric.
Do I get a refund after renting out the gown?
No refund at all, Our pricing on a rental option does not include a damage fee, the total renting price will be high. This is to accommodate both middle and lower class and give our Clients an experience of Royalty at the cost effective.
What if I damage the gown?
We work with Humans not Animals therefore we Determine and Assess the responsibility (if the damage is of a normal tear/wear or negligence or misuse by the renter). Depending on the extent of the damage, a consensus will be reach for either partial payment for repairs or replacement fee.
How long does it take to customise a gown?
Our policy is 30 days prior the event date
Can I come for viewing?
We are Online Shop, viewing not permitted, only virtual bookings for any enquiries and gown viewing for most distanced clients.
Do you accept cash as a payment method?
Strictly Online Payments.
What is the Rental of the Gowns duration?
Our Gowns are 3 days rental ,daily fee will be added should you wish to keep it more than that.
